How We Accomplish This Mission
The purpose of the International Headquarters is to serve and equip members by providing expertise, resources, and infrastructure in accordance with the policies and procedures of the International Cabinet. This support helps enable members in some 200 countries, territories and possessions to reach their communities with the Word of God.
Within the Headquarters itself, we are united by our calling to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to develop a compelling environment founded on Christ like Integrity, Excellence, Open Communication, and Stewardship. These Shared Values flow from our commitment to Christ and are demonstrated in how we work together and the community we seek to build. In doing so, we cultivate the opportunity for each individual to deploy their God-given talents and maximize their potential in an atmosphere where every person is valued and respected.

We conduct our business and ministry consistent with all applicable laws and will not compromise honesty in our dealings with members, employees, partners, suppliers, and the community. We seek to earn the trust and respect of all those we have the opportunity to influence.
